I started my coaching method with one goal in mind: to give people a safe space to truly find themselves, be themselves and express themselves through health and fitness.

Evolve:Human is built on the ethos that every individual is a work in progress and we all need a helping hand from time to time.

The two key qualities I bring to the table are courage and kindness.

    It all starts with you!

    What’s your why?

    What are you looking for from personal training?

    Before designing your training programme take the time to understand you, your goals, your lifestyle, previous training/exercise experience and what your expectations are from working with me.

  • PROGRAMME

    We get to work armed with a structured programme.

    Every client is unique.

    Every programme is tailored to the individual.

    Personal training by it’s very nature is personal. This means that all personal training programmes are designed to fit the individual client and their goals.

  • PROGRESS

    We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned.

    We use this knowledge to continue to drive progression.

    As you reach your goals we seek new ones. Over time you will learn and develop new skills that will serve you both in and out of the gym.
