It’s so much more than having someone shouting ‘one more rep’ at you in the middle of a crowded gym or telling you that you shouldn’t eat that piece of cake at your birthday party.

It’s having someone to learn from, to encourage you to keep going and to hold you accountable for your actions towards your goals.

My mission is to create a safe and encouraging learning environment where clients are free to embrace their uniqueness and find their passion, whilst becoming both physically and mentally stronger. I want each client to be able to take their skills earned within the gym and apply them day to day, learning how to balance an active healthy lifestyle with the joyful indulgences that life has to offer.

    My personal training sessions are tailored to your specific health and fitness goals. I’ll personally coach you through 1:1 sessions that offer a structured and safe training environment, designed for you to get the very best results possible. All plans are designed to fit around your schedule and offer a level of accountability that one-off fitness programs can not. You’ll also get access to TrueCoach for progress tracking.

  • ONLINE PROGRAMMING

    Ideal for those that have a less flexible schedule, or the more experienced lifter that is looking primarily for structure within their training week. You’ll get the same level of guidance and support, delivered through an app along with weekly check-ins and monthly review calls to ensure you’re on track with your goals. All online programs are delivered through TrueCoach, a professional fitness app that tracks your progress.

  • METCON TRAINING

    Perfect for those that enjoy group training, these high intensity classes aim to deliver well rounded sessions targeting all aspects of fitness. Build your strength and fitness in one hit. Classes are a fantastic way to make friends, build confidence and train with like minded individuals in a safe and encouraging environment.

  • EVOLVE:TRANS

    Take control of your body and train to your most authentic self. Transgender athletes of any ability can benefit from bespoke physical training that is sympathetic to ongoing changes in the body. Whether your goal is to radiate transjoy or to just feel better about yourself on the inside, I’m here to help you through your evolution.
